Hi Recently, my organization has transitioned to Fabric capacity, and my management wants to grant access to the developer only a select few features, such as Dataflow Gen2, rather than all of them...
What do you mean with Fabric usage? As I said you can't control feature level permission.
The only thing you can do is disable the "user can create fabric items" option in admin settings. But with this disabled they will not be able to create dataflow gens2

you can’t directly “turn on only Dataflow Gen2” for a developer in Fabric the way your management is asking. Fabric doesn’t work with feature-level permissions like that. It’s workspace + item + capacity governance, not feature toggles per user.
