FABRIC SANDBOX ACCESS
I have only personal outlook email and no credit card. There is no fabric sandbox to practice the exercises and am unable to get a free trial because it either asks for organization email or the workaround requires credit card information.
FAQ mentions about activating sandboxes in exercise section of dp-600/dp-700 ms learn paths but there are none. Only links to free trial are present.
Access to free learning without practical space is not helpful. Kindly provide links for the sandbox, if its available or provide a workaround using only personal email.
Microsoft has a Learn page for exactly your situation: an Azure account, a user created in Microsoft Entra ID, then activating the trial from the Fabric profile menu. Steps: Microsoft Learn
- Go to the Azure free account page (azure.microsoft.com/pricing/purchase-options/azure-account) and sign up with your Outlook address.
- In the Azure portal, open Microsoft Entra ID → Users → New user, and create a user. Copy its user principal name (UPN, in the form [email protected]).
- Open app.fabric.microsoft.com in a private window and sign in with that UPN and password.
- Click your profile icon → Free trial → pick a region → Activate.
The catch is that Azure may ask for a phone number and a payment method for verification. The page says "if prompted", so it isn't guaranteed. I can't tell whether Azure will prompt you in Pakistan. Try signing up and see. Microsoft says you aren't charged unless you upgrade, but if it demands a card and you have none, this route is closed. The Fabric trial itself doesn't need a credit card, so the card check applies only to the Azure sign-up

There is no sandbox env present. You can use your personal account to set up a 30 day Free Azure subscription and then set up a Fabric capacity (with minimal scale F2) and work on your learnings.
That is the way for you to learn free

Yes, but there is no transaction happening as it is a free subscription and not Pay as you go
