      It's mearly a statement of fact.  This forum works terribly, probably because it's written by the same people who wrote the products that it supposedly supports.   Most other business software products have actual support, not just an open forum of unanswered questions on products that have nearly no technical documentation.  The problems I have are due to things that are undocumented, mostly because they change the names of everything randomly, so any documentation that may exist is usually outdated and useless.
