I am trying to submit a ticket on the Power BI website and the drop down menu on the "Problem Type" and "Category" are blank. So after completing all the other required fields I am unable to submit ...

I can't reproduce this on my side, did this issue still appears on your side? I also found similar thread on issue forum, maybe you can take a look on it.

Advocate IITried today and the issues has somehow resolved itself... The drop down menu is now working.
