Grouping

I have data that looks like this:

 

So a single company (co) can have multiple owners (code) over time. I am trying to find a way so that if a company has a code of 'CentrallyHR', the (enddate) column for the entire company, not just the row with 'CentrallyHR', = 12/31/2100. Here's the calculated column I have, I just don't know how to modify to get what I'm looking for:
