Drillthrough without Multiple pages

I am not sure how your source dataset is designed, here is my sample.Using two simple measures to create a field parameter table.
Create a Drill-through page and then use the field parameters to create the visual.
Add the field parameter as a visual level filter for each card on the main page.
This will cause the drill-through page for the measure in the card to show only the desired measure.
Below is the drill-through page obtained after performing a drillthrough on the measure in the card.
This way, a single page can be used to drill-through for multiple measures. Hopefully this will meet your needs.Please see the attached pbix for reference.
