Avoid failed reports send out
Hello, I have started working in a company and we are trying to find a work around or solution with regards to subscriptions on the reports we send out to our customers. Every day we send many reports to our customers automatically. However at the moment we dont have any system to trace whether these mails/reports are valid or contain errors. We are looking for a way that when power bi fail to refresh data or other errors come up to not send out these reports. Do you know if there is any solution around this within power bi? We have tried to use power automate as well but without success so far. Below is an example (what i can share at least) of an email of a failed report. Any ideas will be more than welcome.

I have a report being viewed by 2 people. Only 1 of the users cannot view the report and are getting this error. Can you help me figure out what is wrong and how to fix it? problems scheduling an update through a gateway.
Hello, I'm having trouble scheduling a service update through a gateway. I have some PB panels that connect to SQL Server through a custom port. So when I have the panel on PB Desktop, it works perfectly. Now, when I post to PB Online, I am unable to enable an update update. I installed the gateway and it connected perfectly. Is there any other configuration to be done so that a port other than the standard SQL Server port can be used? Thank you !!!

I need some help on powerbi online's On Demand Refresh and Scheduled Refresh. Data source error: Information is needed in order to combine data;Information about a data source is required.. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Note: 1) No Gateway Connection for the dataset.Excel file in the Data Source are in One. 2) For the Data Sources I have 5. 1 from Salesforce (as Salesforce Object) with Privacy Level: Organizational. 4 as Excel file with Privacy Level: None. 3) PowerBI Pro License published on POwerBI Premium Workspace 4) Manual Refresh is still working and done only through Power BI Desktop Troubleshooting Done 1. I redid Get Data from scratch 2. I redid Privacy Levels from Organizational to None
