Error after June 2026 Power BI Update
Getting the below error on Power BI with Github as the version Control. Important to note: I'm not using Tooltips Workload Error Code Report_Import_FailedToImportReport Workload Error Message Report Workload failed to import the report with report id d8603230-7b9b-40a1-84e1-32c316bd269b. 'pages/adcbebd70fabc808c543/visuals/08b0c68d025d02b9cbf9/visual.json': Property 'showSentenceFormat' has not been defined and the schema does not allow additional properties. Path 'visual.visualContainerObjects.visualTooltip[0].properties.showSentenceFormat', line 12471, position 33. Time Wed Jul 15 2026 12:30:02 GMT+0100 (British Summer Time) Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone else have a solution or workaround? I can't make changes to the exising report and I can't publish and push it through the pipeline because of this error.
HTTPS ERROR POWER BI REPORT SERVER
Colegas alquien que me pueda ayudar, Recientemente reinstale un servidor PBIRS por que la base de datos se contraba corrupta, segui los pasos en el foro para dicha reinstalacion, ahora veo que el sitio con el puerto 80 funciona, puedo organizar mis carpeta, asignar usuarios, ver informes BI, etc. Sin embargo al usar el puerto 443, puedo realizar todo ello excepto visualizar informes BI. Antes no me pasaba eso, sin embargo el servidor anterior yo no lo configure. Revise mi configuracion en report server configuration manager y al parecer todo esta bien. ¿es necesario realizar mas configuraciones en los archivos .config? esta parte aun lo lo revise. Mi version de septiembre 2025
Failure in conceptualschema
Hello i've got followng error in the RSPowerBI<Date>.log when I try to render a report. I've get the error by every report (import or live query) and the report content is empty and no data are shown ... "Total labels" in stacked column charts don’t apply DISTINCTCOUNT correctly
I noticed a somewhat odd behavior in reports when using stacked column charts. In stacked charts, you can have data labels within each category, but you can also enable the "Total labels" option, which displays a sum above the bars as shown in the image. The issue is that, in this case, each category uses a DISTINCTCOUNT. However, the "Total labels" function does not seem to perform a DISTINCTCOUNT on the total; instead, it simply sums up the DISTINCTCOUNT values from each category, which is not correct. For example, in July 2025 the correct total should be 8,103, but the chart shows 8,120. We are currently using the September 2024 version. Hi everyone, I'm encountering an issue when trying to publish my report to Power BI Report Server (January 2025 version). The report uses a SQL Server database with Basic Authentication. When I attempt to publish, I receive the following error message: Error Message: An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details. We couldn't connect to the Analysis Services server. Make sure you've entered the connection string correctly. I've already double-checked the connection string and credentials. The report works fine in Power BI Desktop, but the error appears when publishing to the Report Server. Has anyone else experienced this issue or knows what might be causing it? Thanks in advance!
