Something went wrong 2400 while opening the app

I would wait a bit and try again in a few minutes. 

Also try in an incognito browser or another PC. If that fixes it, then clear your cache.

 

If those fail, I'd be inclined to open a support ticket at https://support.fabric.microsoft.com/en-US/support/

Is this issue happening on power bi desktop? What is your desktop version?Can you upload the error message as well? Is your error the same as this one linked?If so, please try this method, otherwise please provide more information.
