Dear All, How can I generate data lineage or documentation for a Power BI Report Server dashboard? If there are no built-in options available, could you please let me know of any external tools that can assist with this? Thank you!1.7KViews0likes1CommentPower BI Desktop RS (May 2021) crashes after downgrade

When I open a Power BI report from the report server, the data is always older than it is in the version of the report on the server. This applies to reports I have previously had open in the desktop client but have been updated on the server since I last had them open in PBI Desktop. Is it using data cached on the local PC? If so can I force it to use the data from the server instead? When the file is big it can take a long time to refresh in the desktop client before saving back to the server. Thanks for any suggestions.Solved1.3KViews0likes2CommentsAxis value missing when report is saved to report server
Hi all. I have created a report in Desktop RS and all grouped values are displayed in axis (Stacked column chart): When I save this report in RS, the "2-3 AM" value is missing from axis and order is: 12-1 AM, 4-5 AM: What's wrong with this report? I have tried replacing this visual with other visuals having the same functionality, no luck.Solved849Views0likes1CommentUnable to save or upload Power BI reports after upgrading to Jan 2021
We have PBIRS Version: 1.10.7737.32652 (Build 15.0.1105.230), Released: March 12, 2021 and the related Power BI Desktop version for report server (Version: 2.88.2361.0 32-bit (January 2021)). When attempting to upload a Power BI report that was developed in a previous version of Desktop for Report Server I get an error when saving “An error occurred while attempting to save the report to Power BI Report Server” (screen shot included). I like to know if we can preconfigure using registry keys or other settings files the default behavior of the options and settings in power bi desktop rs. For now my major concern is the use of preview features which is by default enabled. because we use a predeployed immage we have to disable this every time we start using power bi desktop rs it is a quite annoying job to start your day by setting all settings to your personal default.Solved3.7KViews0likes2CommentsCompatibility between PBID and PBID Server
