Unfortunately, it seems that the data lineage functionality on Power BI Service is not directly available on Power BI Report Server (this functionality is in Workspace of Power BI Service, and Power BI Report Server does not have Workspace). Power BI Report Server doesn't have a Workspace)

Use the REST API provided by Microsoft for Power BI Report Server: to programmatically get detailed information about reports, datasets, and data sources, and to build customized data lineage views.
This approach requires some programming skills on your team, and you will need to contact a programming-savvy member of your team to assist you in creating the data lineage for the report server.
