Axis value missing when report is saved to report server

Hi all.

I have created a report in Desktop RS and all grouped values are displayed in axis (Stacked column chart):

 

 

When I save this report in RS, the "2-3 AM" value is missing from axis and order is: 12-1 AM, 4-5 AM:

 

 

What's wrong with this report? I have tried replacing this visual with other visuals having the same functionality, no luck.

    javahery : Select the Axis (drop down for options) and then select "Show items with no data". See my example below.
