How to prevent an error upon a dataset refresh when the source file is missing

This dataset is retrieving the data from a csv file in a Sharepoint document folder.

Ocasionally, the file is missing, and the dataset refresh fails in Power BI service fails.

This is the 1st step of the query:

= try Csv.Document(Web.Contents("https://xxx.sharepoint.com/sites/xxx/PowerBI.csv"),[Delimiter=";", Columns=7, Encoding=1252, quoteStyle=QuoteStyle.None]) otherwise #table({"ID"},{})

Is there a way to prevent this error happening and allow the dataset to refresh?

If I have an unreliable source, then I use a Dataflow to grab the data from that source.

Source > Dataflow > Dataset

If the Dataflow fails, it doesn't impact the Dataset refresh as the Dataflow just reverts back to the last successful load.

In fact, I utilize Dataflows nearly entirely for the fact that independent Dataflow failures do not derail an entire Dataset.
