El reporte esta bien diseñado, por favor me puedes indicar que objeto visual utilizaste para hacer los menus de la parte izquierda, veo que tienes tooltip y para ello que objeto visual utilizaste?

el tooltip es solo un mensaje con el nombre de la página referenciada. tambien nativo.
