Hi @Anonymous ,

Are you using Classic workspace?
You can determine if you are using a classic workspace by looking at the workspace role in the top right corner of the workspace page under >options>Edit this workspace.

(If you don't have a more subdivided role, such as contributor, viewer. Then it is Classic workspace)

In classic workspaces, you can add only individuals to the members and admin lists.

In the new workspaces, you can add multiple Active Directory security groups, distribution lists, or Microsoft 365 groups to these roles, for easier user management.

You can meet your needs by upgrading your workspace to a new workspace.

For detailed steps and some related limitations, you can refer to :Upgrade classic workspaces to the new workspaces in Power BI

Hope it helps,

Hi @Anonymous ,

If you would like to add an AAD group to a workspace, it should work the same way as if you would add a single user to that workspace:

Does this work for you? 🙂
