vertical multiples

In powerview in excel you can have vertical and horizontal multiples of a chart, is there a way to do that in a report on powerbi.com?

No, not that I am aware of, I have never seen vertical or horizontal multiplier options on visualizations within Power BI or Power BI Desktop.
