upload files Excel to BI from Onedrive \ Sharepoin

I'm trying to upload a file to my workspace via Onedrive or Sharepoint, but I'm getting this error

also upload files from the local disk was deprecated

but if I want to create a report based on a file then Onedrive is available

What is your end goal with this? If you are trying to use a file in SharePoint as a source for Power BI, I prefer this technique vs uploading directly to the workspace - particularly if your report already exists: https://youtu.be/wHzrBkbUBgM

Dear  christinepayton , file Excel on Sharepoin\Onedrive is not source data for Power BI

My goal is to place an Excel file in a Power BI workspace. The Excel file is located in Onedrive and is auto updated by PowerAutomative. And this is Excel file - a report with complex structure, that cannot be created in PowerBI
