Hi ,

For context, I am using web api's as data sources to my report. When I refresh the data source from local , the data refreshes and it loads the latest data. But when I publish the semantic model in the workspace, the data source credentials gets greyed out and it shows the following error message

Scheduled refresh is disabled because at least one data source is missing credentials. To start the refresh again, go to this dataset's settings page and enter credentials for all data sources.

How to proceed with the error ? I tried republishing the semantic model multiple times but it still seems to not work.

Hi @azezvz ,

Thanks for the reply from @ibarrau , please allow me to provide another insight:

Try using a gateway, which allows your organization to keep databases and other data sources on their on-premises network while using that on-premises data securely in cloud services.
