Hi,

We are facing the below error while scheduling a report even though we have .Net Framework already installed on the server. Please help us with this issue.

Hi @nagarjunakan ,

Are you using Python or R?  There are some items that have to be set up there as well.  And, if you installed the ADO NET did you make sure that all the appropriate services up and running?

I've also had the same problem over the last few days. Datasets that involve Python are getting the same error as listed above. These datasets have had no issues for the past half a year. Recently it forced us to update to the December 2020 version (3000.68.8) of the On-premises data gateway (personal mode) and since then I've gotten this error. I updated .NET and that didn't help either.

When I get on the machine acting as the gateway it is able to refresh fine, it just can't be scheduled due to the error above.
