unable to publish report to powerbi portal

From last 3 days, I'm facing issue while publishing report to PowerBi service, All access is in good share have verified couple of times, but still facing below error.

It's not related to access, Coz I m able to publish report from other server,

It's something related to latest power bi setup or some authentication mechanism that is creating a block for access.

I' ve owner rights for the selected workspace.

what access level do you have to the workspace? Must be above Viewer.
