Can someone help me? when I'm on power bi desktop the time is right, but when I put it on power bi service it gets 3 hours more, how to fix it?

You can view the time zone of the service in the following ways:
On Power BI Service, we can't set the time zone on Power BI Service. To get the correct local time, we can add time different in your DAX formula, or use Power Query to get the local time zone datetime.

@Jeanobelo25 Check what time zone your tenant is in. What functions are you using? TODAY? NOW?
