HI,
Can anyone help .
I have a user table in Power BI, and I have created RLS. If a new user is added to the table, the Power BI service will automatically add the new user to the RLS.
I have created Row-Level Security (RLS) for the User Table. After that, a new user was added to the User Table, so that new user should also be automatically added to the Row-Level Security.
Hi,@Anonymous
Thanks for letting us know your user experience. According to your case description, I do understand how frustrated you are now.
What do you mean by "the Power BI service automatically adds new users to RLS"?Is it that after adding a new user to the mailbox column of a user who is using RLS, he automatically applies RLS? Or is it automatically added to the RLS role when you use it on another user?
Normally, if you don't manually update the RLS rules, the Power BI service won't automatically add new users to the RLS.
You can open your semantic model to find Security and manually add or remove roles for users as rls:
The following is the relevant documentation, I hope it will be helpful to you:

Of course, if you have new discoveries, please feel free to contact us.
