Suddenly today I started getting this error on the service refresh for local files refreshing through the gateway.
Refresh on Desktop works fine but on service get this error.
I have tried updating the gateway, restarting the gateway, deleting/re-publishing the datasets but nothing is working.
Can someone please give me some suggestions?
Not sure if this is a known issue at the moment because it makes no sense as nothing has been changed and other datasets on the same gateway are refreshing fine.
@jakeryan56 - Could check the credentials on the data sources, but I would check the Issues forum here:

And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

From the screenshot, the problem lies in the excel file on your desktop.
It may be caused by the expiration of the data source credentials.If you have confirmed the path to the file on your local machine ,
you can try to re-enter the data source credentials of "Box" in the gateway "TLSBI ****" (Excel file credentials in the gateway data source settings).
