problem scheduling updates

Hi:

 

currently i'm running a dashboard with a sqlite database as main source, i'm trying to schedule updates every 30 mins because of database new data incoming. when i finished to setup this, i'm facing  this error. 

Note: dashboard works fine when i update manually.MicrosoftTeams-image (5).png

Hi @astebanp ,

 

It seems your source file is either .xlx or .xlsb 

You can follow any of below 

1. Update your source file to .xlsx 

2. Configure a gateway and install 64bit version of Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0 on gateway server, then create a data source for your source file and use that to refresh your dataset.

 

In addition, this article introduces some other solutions about this issue that you can refer:
