power kpi matrix format issues

I am using Power KPI matrix to show around 10 KPIs.Some of the KPIs have different format(Other than %.For example some have values like 70%,80% and some like-10,12,0.34 etc)I can change the format accordingly on Power BI desktop,but when I publish it on workspace (Power BI service)  it changes all to %,for example 12 becomes 1200%.This issue is happening when I am using internet explorer and works fine on Chrome.We have a constrined to use Internet explorer only.Any suggestion if it can be fixed on internet explorer as well?

I test this in my environment, this works well in both browser, you could check your IE version, my version is 

By the way, you also could try to change IE like below to see whether it works or not

I am also using same IE version (IE 11) and unfortunately it is not working for me.The reason I could thought of is it is not able to load the KPI name in setting of the visualization .The KPI name comes blank as shown below:-

The suggestion given below regarding the change in user agent string will not work for me as the dashboard is used by a large group.
