paginated report builder - move multiple selected objects using "arrow keys" bug

You have several layout objects to move as a group.  One way to move is ctrl key+left mouse click to select each object of the group individually making all selected as one group selected.

The easier way is to left mouse click hold and drag to select all the layout objects of the desired group.  Unfortunately once the group is selected this way moving the group with the arrow keys does not work often.  Why?

Thank you for the reply and keyboard shortcuts reference _Charlotte.  I think the operative word here is "bug" in the title.  The video in my post clearly shows the bug situation with drag highlighted objects not being able to be moved as a group using the arrow keys.
