ols problem

Hello,

My app has public access for entire org but i want to restrict it with OLS and give specific persons whole view of content.

Is there any workaround it, beacause i can only see that i can restrict for specific groups at most but not for all.

HI , @Anonymous

Based on my understanding on the requirement description you mentioned, you seems want to have some security access control on the Power BI Apps for different content of different report pages within this Apps, right? If so, I think the "Multiply Audience" feature in the Power BI Apps can help you achieve this security access control on the Power BI Apps, please kindly refer to this official blog link:

Thank you for your time and sharing, and thank you for your support and understanding of PowerBI!

Multiply Audience controls report level access but I want to refer either for column or page level

Hi , @Anonymous

Thanks for your quick response!

The column level security can be realized by the OLS in Tabular Editor. For this you can refer to :
Object-level security (OLS) with Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

The Page level security is not a feature in Power BI , but it has already put an idea in Power BI Idea website . For now , i can only use some workaround to get it . For more information, you can refer to :
