Hi,
the new metric set feature is out, but not working for me.
I'm able to create a metric set.
I can click to add a new metric.
but after that, my metric set stay empty and when I reopen it I got errors:
Underlying Error: {"code":"InternalServerError","pbi.error":{"code":"InternalServerError"}}
I can't do anything, not able to edit, change or act with my metric set. I can only delete it.
I tried to create it in different workspace and using different type of source for my metric (direct lake models, stanbard models), nothing works.
so I post a question here first.
in case somebody has some ideas... 🙂
Hi,
I have the same errors.
Do you find a solutions?
Thanks
Hi,

Hi @Jerome22
Please try to clear the browser cache, sometimes, clearing your browser cache can help resolve UI issues. Try clearing your cache and cookies and then reload the page.
Or you can try opening Power BI in incognito or private browsing mode to see if the issue persists. This can help rule out any browser-related issues.
Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to create and edit metric sets in the workspace. Sometimes, permission issues can cause unexpected errors.
Here are limitations of the matric set:

Hi @Jerome22
Given I have so little information at this time, I can't tell what's causing your problem. You can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you.
It would be great if you continue to share in this issue to help others with similar problems after you know the root cause or solution.
