i have an app and dashboard i shared it with external user but it appear under my organization tenant is there a way to make appear also under their organazation and stay updated?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Unfortunately, apps and dashboards cannot appear directly under another organization’s tenant. They remain tied to the tenant where they are created. To enable easier access:
Direct cross-tenant updates aren’t natively supported.

Yes, you can share apps or dashboards across tenants, but they remain under your tenant. To make them accessible and updated for external users:
Direct updates across tenants aren’t natively supported.
what i mean exactly these tenant /external user i want the apps to appear under their oranazation to not necessarly to switch organazation to see the apps and dashboards ?
Unfortunately, Power BI does not currently support cross-tenant app integration where apps appear natively under an external organization's workspace. External users need to access shared apps or datasets via "Shared with me," as these remain tied to the publishing tenant.
To achieve a more integrated experience you can use, Deployment Pipelines: where External users' can use Deployment Pipelines to copy shared content to their own workspaces or Build a custom Power BI portal using APIs to provide centralized access for external users.
