how to keep grand total and remove subtotals

i would like to ask how to keep grand total and remove subtotal. 

in example with without total.

You can do like this:

(Format -> Subtotals -> Per row level)

yes, this I know, but I would like to do like in the picture, without total which is cross whit red line.
