how many people can have admin access fabric workspace.

Hi, 

There are 4 people with admin access on my fabric workspace. 

I wanted to add another person as admin. I am able to add them as admin on the workspace. But when they access fabric workspace, they don't have admin access. 

Is there a limit on how many people can be admins?

it could be a better idea to create an Entra Group and to give it Admin rights so you can add and remove people seamlessy from a PBI perspective.

There is no explicit limit on the number of people who can be granted admin access in a Fabric workspace.Admin roles and permissions are designed to be flexible to accommodate the needs of different organizations and their management structures. For detailed insights on admin roles and permissions, you might find the Admin Overview documentation helpful.

Sometimes, changes in permissions can take a little time to propagate throughout the system. It's worth asking the new admin to wait a few minutes and then try accessing the workspace again.

Ensure that the newly added admin has the appropriate Fabric license assigned to their account. Admin access might be restricted if the user does not have a valid license. Give users access to workspaces - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn

Double-check that the role assignment was successful and that the user was indeed added as an admin.
