filled map is not working

I am using filled map and its not showing any thing, just blank.

i have checked setting and "use Map and FIlled  Map visuals" is already checked.

but while using my old dashboard and duplicating it and testing with my new data its working.

so its not the data issue, its some thing wrong , please guide me
