export to xls adds a line "No filters applied" in the result file

Hello,

I have embedded a power BI report into a sharepoint page. It is just a table of values. If I use the export data option and choose the file format as .xlsx, the exported file has a first line "No filters applied" above of the data rows.

I do not have any filters on the report and wondering how I can get rid of this line?

HI @sp_nokia_nz,

After I check the export data document, it seems the first row that displays filter information is auto-created by power bi and it does not allow you to custom on it.

Export the data that was used to create a visualization

I'd like to suggest you submit an idea for this requirement.

@sp_nokia_nz

Can you please try to check the same behaviour in "Power Bi Service".

we need to figure out where the issue is coming from i.e., Power BI or Sharepoint.

If the issue is persists in Power BI, please submit a ticket to investigate the issue.

venal.

Thanks. I just raised a ticket as I think adding a "notes" to an excel sheet is not a "feature" anybody would like.
