error occurred while processing the data in the semantic model

Hi All, 

I'm getting this error when my report is trying to automatically refresh online - 

• Data source error{"error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_AdoNetProviderOpenConnectionTimeoutError","pbi.error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_AdoNetProviderOpenConnectionTimeoutError","parameters":{},"details":[],"exceptionCulprit":1}}} Table: Region.

Sometimes the report actually refreshes and then others it picks a different data source table to fail on each time. It fails after 8-10 mins of refreshing but again that changes each time. I've extended the data source timeout to 240mins but doesn't do anything.
Any ideas?

Hi @JackHedges ,

Just like @GilbertQ mentioned, I recommend that you check that your gateway is working properly. And what is your connection mode? Could you please provide some screenshots of the error and refresh history?

Hi @JackHedges 

To me, the error looks like you are having an issue with your gateway connecting to your data force. I would log into the gateway server and make sure that it can successfully connect to your data source.
