Hi everone,

looking for answer of a very simple question, does my data store at server while i am publishing my dashboard created in Power BI desktop? If yes, can anyone see that data within my organisation or only the persons who have access to it can see the data?

#1, These published report datasets will caching to azure blob data storage, you can take a look at below document to know more about this:

Power BI Security

#2, If you haven't shared these contents, no one can view your datasets even if users who has access permission on your datasets.(users who shared contents and have enough permissions can navigate from report to correspond datasets)
