I am encountering a refresh error that makes no sense (provides no details).
The same report in the DeskTop works perfectly fine.
Here is the refresh error when trying to pull data from Kusto.

You may try to find out if it is some column causing this error.
This first thing I was thinking about is that you have a date or number conversion and the locale between desktop and the server is different. You can set the locale explicitly:
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/date-format-is-changed-in-power-bi-desktop/m-p/45385#M17618
Anyway I can get useful information at least instead of a generic "something is wrong" error?
