create same visuals using a file

I have uploaded a report on Power BI services and I created another report on my desktop.

Both the reports have same measures.

I want the same visuals on the other file as well when I upload it on services.

If both reports have same measures and visuals, you can just create a .pbix copy of your uploaded report and edit it in Power BI Desktop.
