connecting to databases

Hallo. If I connect to a database do I have to reload all the information when I update for a few days of new data? What does that mean exactly from a performance perspective?

Currently, if you refresh dataset, it will reload al the data from source table. Incremental loads is still not yet availabe. Someone had already create this idea, please vote it on the link below.
