hi,

when i select the option subscription of a report, it is not possible to select a format for my output like xls or pdf or... and you will get an png file as output.

Is there a way to change this?
hope someone knows how to change this.

thanks

Hi @emveha,

there is an option to change to format of the attachment to PDF or PPTX, but you have to meet the below criteria to be able to do that:

The full report attachment feature is available for reports that meet these three conditions:

Taken from the documentation: Subscribe yourself and others to reports and dashboards in the Power BI service.
