Hi Experts,
my customer wants analyse in excel option with report. When I add as a member in the workspace still they are not able to see analyse in excel button that is disabled.
How can I make it enable? Kindly help

When you say client, is your client an external user or internal user? Because Analyze in Excel doesn't work for external users.
