Afternoon all,
I am looking to report on all the Power BI reports held within the Workspace (Employer) and also to report on the useage , unique views etc on the individual reports within.
Is this something you have done and if so are there are hurdles such as permissions, profile type etc to get over before this type of reporting is accessible?
Thanks in advance.

Hi, and thanks for the reply. At the moment it is the number of users data that is important as iam trying to monitor people who have been trained and followed up to to access the report. I will have a look at Tennant audit logs and hopefully this will allow more insight. Again thanks.

Read about Tenant audit logs, how to retrieve them, how to make them reportable and which data points are actually important. Hint: Number of users is not as important as which insights these users gain from the reports, and what actions they take.

There is the workspace usage metrics report

Hi Deku, thanks for that suggestion but it was reading that that prompted me to come to the forum. Im moving into unknown areas with a new role so all my PBI knowledge of report building and modelling is now defunct.
