Will a copy of my data remain in clouds after I removed them from my workspace?

When I removed/unpublish a dataset on my Workspace, Will it be completely deleted/erased from all the Clouds server(s).  This question is about data security.

Hi @nmpham,

Power BI uses two primary repositories for storing and managing data: data that is uploaded from users is typically sent to Azure Blob storage, and all metadata as well as artifacts for the system itself are stored in Azure SQL Database. Per my knowledge, remove dataset from workspace will also delete relative data stored in cloud.

This forum is specific to the Power BI on-prem server which does not store your data in the cloud. For service questions you should post your question here.
