Why is it not possible to publish a report developed in composite model?

I have used the composite model to to create a report and while publishing the same  it is throwing error that report can't be published in Service as it is using composite model.

Kindly help to provide a brief overview for the issue and how it can be resolved.

Hi @AamirShah23

According to this article, please pay attention to the notes and the limitations

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-composite-models#performance-implications

While composite models are in Preview, it is not possible to publish composite models to the Power BI service.

Best regards

Maggie
