Hi All,
I am trying to allow my free license users to view my premium workspace. I have assigned them viewer role but they are still unable to access

What is the error message they are recieving?
This is the pop-up message
Have they been assigned a higher level of access in the workspace itself? Overlapping access always applies the highest level.
Can you also double check that the workspace is indeed assigned to your premium capacity? I know you said it has, but its worth just making sure it has the little diamond next to its name
So far, I only assign them "Viewer" role. The above image will show.
As for my workspace, it is below as shown
Based on the Icon. I suspect you are not on a premium capacity but instead have Premium Per User:
I see, yes you are right. it seems like it per user. So how can I switch to that?
