Where can I find the edit tenet services link?

HI, I have tried to follow the answers on here to allow a user to get embed codes to create a portfolio website, but my admin portal does not show tenet services as an option.  Where can I edit tenet abilities so that someone can pull a web embed code?

I figured it out. I needed to wait a bit for the premium features to turn on after signing up for the premium service.
