Web query will refresh from the desktop, but not from the service. Won't authenticate w/ apikey

I have a PowerBI report that pulls data from this URL: "https://gmiex-nde.nicecloudsvc.com:443/query/VPP_IEX_INTERVAL_STATS.json?stream=true&apikey=54q03j7x..."

It refreshes just fine from the PowerBI file opened in the desktop. 

WHen I publish the report to the service, I can't get it to refresh. It says "Failed to test the connection to your data source. Please retry your credentials." The only option in the Data source credentials section of the semantic model settings are Anonymous, Basic, OAuth2, and Principal, and none of them allow me to enter the apikey as the authentication method.

It is important that we be able to schedule refreshes on the service from this data source. How do I need to configure this so that it pulls data from the URL to the service using the apikey?
