Waterfall visual not showing correctly in the service

Hello,

I have waterfall visuals that show fine in the report in Desktop but gets scrunched in the service. It looks like this in the service:

It's only the waterfall visuals, all the other visuals load fine. Sometimes I can see the waterfall visual if I refresh the browser but that is not always the case.

Are you using Edge? it is the recommended for Power BI
