I have created all 4 widgets in one set PFA
I want to seperate it and save accordingly and publish respectively.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT
Hi @shabrezs ,
Make 4 copies of your report and keep only 1 page that you need in each of the 4 reports. Delete rest of the pages. Publish all the 4 reports into your workspace.
Alternatively, you can also publish the 1st report and then use save as option thrice in services to make a total of 4 copies. Edit these 4 reports in services and again keep only 1 page each and delete the rest.
To save the workspace load/space, I would recommend to keep only 1 dataset and use connect live pbi dataset for other 3 since dataset would be same in all.
Hi,
Download your report to Power BI Desktop and rename your file, keeping only one page at a time before publishing it. Similarly, do this for all other pages in the original file: rename it, keep the next page, and publish. Alternatively, you can create dashboards.
Hi @shabrezs
By publish, do you mean publish pages to Power BI Service or publish to web ?
If it's publish pages to Power BI Service, then currently you can only copy this pbix file and rename it separately before publishing to Service.
If it is publish to web, you can refer to the following case, which provides detailed steps.
Displaying a specific report page with Power BI Pu... - Microsoft Fabric Community
