Hi,
As a Power BI admin (o365 global admin) how can I view/manage all the gateways that have been registered in my tenant? There seems to be no way to stop users from creating their own gateways and from what I can tell an administrator doesn’t have any visibility.
Is there a set of PowerShell cmdlets for Power BI? I'm looking for something like Get-PBIGateway and Remove-PBIGateway etc.
Cheers,
Rhys

It is not possible to do it currently. You can submit your requirements on Power BI Ideas to improve Power BI and make it better.![]()
In addition, currently we can audit Power BI in the organization. However, Gateway operations is not in the list of activities audited by Power BI. So please also take a look at following ideas:

Thanks for the response and the info. PowerBI is really a great tool but has a long way to go in terms of some of the basic functionality that you'd expect from an enterprise solution.
Cheers,

Currently, there is a way to inspect all On-premises Data Gateways using Power Platform Admin center https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/onpremises-data-gateway-management
The reason why the administration is not bound to PowerBI is because On-premises data gateways are designed to work with other services as well:
