Do you know that is available or any way to get the same result to show a video player in a dashboard ? 

I have a dataset with many rows and any row has a video url value.

Is it possibile to use a slicer to filter specified rows and show the relative video ?

Did you ever figure out a way to do this? I am having a similar problem using a slicer to show different videos using video URLs.

Hi @mysystem,

In Power BI, only the dashboard provide a feature for us to add a video and play it. It's a dashboard tile independent on any report, and can't be filtered by any slicer. See: Add a video.

So for your requirement, it's not supported currently.
